Used to work... It seems like the latest update has rendered this app useless. It won't load most of the time, which is quite embarrassing when trying to pay for groceries with the app when it won't load! It's hard to shop when I can't see the list I've created. I had actually started using Publix more often bc of the app, but I'll gladly go elsewhere at this point

Not sure what's the purpose of the app if it cannot be used to place orders. I've tried placing order multiple times and it gets to where it asks for a security code sent to my phone number. I enter the code, and every single time it gives an error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and couple of times, and it allows me to login, but that's all it can do. I can't even see previous orders in the app. I always have to endup ordering online. Samsung S23+

Made changes to my settings. Always got printed receipts at store. Last two visits no receipt. They told I had my app set to email receipt but I know I didn't. Checked settings and neither email or printing was set. I know I did not go into the app to change that so it must have been done in an update. Changed it to print. Went to look at receipt and now tells me no receipt because I chose print. Frustrating as I can't see my last two receipts and it wasn't anything I did.
