With the CareCredit Mobile App, you can access your digital card, pay your bill, find enrolled providers and retail locations that accept CareCredit, set alerts and pay bills from participating doctors and healthcare providers in the network. With a new, vibrant and simple design, the CareCredit Mobile App offers features such as:
Easy Set-Up and Login Access
• Securely log into your CareCredit account with your username and password then enable fingerprint login to make logging into the app more convenient. If you’ve never accessed your account online; tap, “I’ve never logged in before” to get started.
• Looking for help or information about the app? Simply tap the “?” icon at the top right of the login screen to access contact information, login assistance, and FAQs at any time.
Secure Digital Card Access
• Your CareCredit credit card is preloaded when you log in. Just access the Summary and swipe down to view your digital card.

BugsHate itUpdatesI have been using this for a few years now and I was sure I needed an update because features have flat out stopped working. For 2 months now it will not update my credit score. I will get emails letting me know my score has changed, but when I open my app it gives me no info. Keeps telling me there is an error. Hmm, just more useless technology... Can't help with my credit if it can't even give me an accurate depiction of it.

Battery UsageSpendingVery little communication from them. They do not accept chime card as payment. It said thank you for your payment then I go back a couple weeks later to see it failed and they added a charge. I tried it again.... it said successful payment again but I checked 3 days later and it failed again. Paid with bank card it worked and stayed paid but They closed my account no way to get it back. Sad I really wanted this card. It's not my fault their app decided to reject payment. And zero warning.

NotificationsSpendingI have had the card for 2 years now, and they just started doing shady stuff. I had a credit limit of $1400 so I charged $1300 and paid it off before I had to pay any interest. Then charged $924 and paid $400, after 4 months charged $452 paid it down to a total of $804. I got a message saying they lowered my credit limit to $830. 2 days later I got a notification from the credit bureau saying that it was reported over the credit limit of $800. Be careful guys, check everything all the time
