This app is faulty. I was going to pick it up first and I wanted an 8 piece games fries and they were 4.49. I decided I wanted delivery and went back to that same 8 piece gomez fries and the price jumped to 5.61 AND I have a $5 delivery fee!! That is some serious extortion! not only does the price of food go up, but their is a delivery fee! No thank you, you just made it alot easier for me to not want fast food anymore!

Sadly, their mobile app ordering system is extremely faulty. Often, you get there to pick up your order and their computer is sitting there with the order "pending" forever. Last night, I spent 20 minutes there waiting for them to be able to pull up the order. Either their system is garbage or their training is garbage. Either way, I'm so very tired of every place's everything being completely substandard these days.

Awful experience, I made an order, when I arrived to the restaurant they didn't have some of the products I ordered so so wanted to cancel the order and there's no way to cancel using the app. Now it's a nightmare trying to communicate with customer service and after several intents, I only got a partial refund, even I didn't pick up any product on the order. I don't recommend this app and now I understand why they're closing a lot of their restaurants
