Hate itThe app completely stopped working on my Galaxy S10 phone. Support sent me an email and I've tried everything suggested to make it work again (all to no avail) . I will consider changing my review when I can access my magazines on my phone again. EDIT - 4/18/22 - I have been able to use the app again for some time but I am constantly plagued by issues that require me to logout and log back in to fix. This causes the downloaded magazines to be deleted and then you have to re-download. 1 star...

BugsDeviceHate itUpdatesUpdate: 08/29/21 Using the Android app on a Chromebook Duet. Couldn't download current issues. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now I've lost my entire library and it won't sync. Update: the bug fix finally came through and my library is restored. Now the joy of re-downloading ALL of my magazines! So much fun.

Battery UsageBugsSpendingI subscribed to a magazine. The whole time, including the final billing page, it showed a lower amount than I was actually charged. So I wanted to cancel the subscription immediately and create a support request but it couldn't be done instead producing an error Failed to create request. This is an extremely dishonest business practice, maybe a fraud. Edit: support didn't help, they just reply with a general e-mail not related to your solution and aren't able to follow up. It still doesn't work.
