The main thing I would honestly change is to have continuous play or to make the stories longer. For instance, if it’s about Jonah, put all the Jonas stories together to make one longer story, if the stories about Ruth, take all those stories and put them in one. that way if you start on the first one, you can just listen all the way through if you want.

FamilyI like to listen to biblical sleep stories when I’m feeling anxious or tired. Let me read you some of the titles under the anxiety section… Cain and Able, the destruction of sodom and Gomorrah, the golden calf, the ten plagues, the fall of Jerusalem, seven years of famine, Joseph sold by his brothers, Peter’s denial, and the crucifixion…. Why would these be good stories for someone experiencing anxiety? Nothing about these are calming. I don’t understand the logic behind these choices
