    I am very thankful for this app. It has already made my stress and anxiety easier to manage. Thank you so much to the creators of the I am app. The calming sounds are great. I love it! The app is more improved in 2025. It has beautiful backgrounds for the affirmations. This app has helped me so much. I really love it. Well worth downloading and opening every day.

    I was very much into the idea of this app but being hounded every second about the premium service really slaps the affirmed taste out of your mouth :/ I get it, we all have to make a living but the fact that a few other Self-help apps lead with a stronger example of how to not invade your ritual really sets the bar high for me and that kind of stuff and this ones about a mile away from that. It's structure and function when it ISN'T bothering you about its service is great, though.

    I do really like this app. It's a simple and nice way to affirmations. I'm only giving it 3 stars for the timing in which you have to complete your streaks. You can't continue your streak at 7am est. And you can loose you're streak if you don't do them before 11pm est. I would think any time during the day would be fine, but here I am, "restarting" my streak again even though I've been doing them everyday.
