Worst, most frustrating app ever. You can't log on... un-installed, reinstalled, followed all the prompts, verifi email,....then it said I need to update mobile number (which incidentally is on my account already). Every time I try to verify the text it sends, it says they can't do it at this time and to try back later. The Arby's by my new off has not received ANY orders from me. I can use other fast food apps to order my lunch for a quick pick-up. I'm done screwing around with this app.

App is awful. Extremely rigid and slow moving between screens. Says I've never ordered even though I've ordered through it twice. Deals section says it won't show anything until AFTER you order something. Refunds for app orders can't be done in store OR on the app itself if something is messed up. They have to be done through your browser and require you to provide an absurd amount of detail. Just order in store or through the website and avoid the hassle of this app.

App is convenient. But I gave only 4 stars because of some flaws. Unlike most others, Arby's app doesn't offer points for ordering food. So they have no rewards on the app. However, they do offer deals, which are coupons that can be used for certain items, only on the app. Other issue is location! Make sure to select local store BEFORE ordering! App auto saves your last location as the default & auto sends order to it! So I've accidentally sent an order far away, a few times, with no refund! :(
