Works flawlessly. Only thing is I wish it would automatically add offers and coupons, I don't get emails no matter which host I use so it's annoying I miss out because I don't know they exist. Beyond that I'm happy with the app, oh and please update to let us add gift cards to a "wallet" on the app.

Doesn't Work! I went through the step-by-step in creating my account and even verifying my phone number through the app like it requested afterwards and I'm still unable to log into the app. That's a shame I like Jersey Mike's and we finally got one in town but due to a matter of convenience there are many other restaurants with apps that were.

The ordering process is fine but I've never actually gotten double or extra points on an eligible order. They say they'll give you more points in the ad, but it never actually shows up in the app. I've followed up with the store on multiple occasions to no avail. So now I just order when I want without being incentivized by the points promotions because they are all empty promises
