I recently switched back to Android from an iPhone, where I had zero issues with the Starbucks app. Unfortunately, it seems as though the Seattle based company has given up on maintaining the Android version as I (and many others) have experienced the "system error, please try again later" message when attempting to log in. This is extremely frustrating and considering how long it's been a problem, I don't see a remedy any time soon.

I thought I was the only user that was having lagging issues. But after reading other users, now I know I am not the only one and it's not my phone. Granted I have older Samsung Galaxy 9 plus phone, but never had issues before with SB or with any other app. I think I may have to delete the app until it's fixed because I can't deal spending 10 min trying to order a latte. It truly does feel like a win95 desktop.

I changed my review to one star because for the past 4 days, I have gotten a "system error" message that has rendered me unable to log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, cleared my cache, and even reached out to their help desk. No luck. It's not cost-effective to go to Starbucks without earning points, so I've stopped going. Android OS, galaxy s22 ultra.
