The developers aren’t good. I don’t know why I’ve played this long, honestly. You click on something, nothing happens. Click again, still nothing. You have to constantly close and restart the game, which isn’t a quick process most of the time. It’s easily the glitchiest game I’ve played. I played Sim City Built It for a long time and this game is so inferior to that game it’s hard to understand why I’m still here. Probably won’t be much longer. The “customer support” is also ridiculous and not helpful. Don’t expect help with anything. If you buy a package and don’t get it, your loss. They won’t try to help you over what you lost because of their glitchy game and the constant need to close and restart. It really is not an enjoyable game, at all. At this point it’s time to move on.

I was really enjoying this game. I have several friends that are on here playing with me, but I don’t see the reasoning why you feel the need of using foul language? Also don’t understand why you feel the need to bring different relationships into the game. I’m very well aware of gay rights and all but why do we have to bring any of that to this game? As a Christian, it would be nice to get on a site and just play a game without worrying about whether it’s infringing on my religion. I probably won’t be continuing this game long, several of us are already looking for a different one to move to if things don’t change. I’m so disappointed I don’t know why you all had to do this now after we’ve been playing so long.

The developers of this app are SO involved in gameplay updates, player feedback, and engagement. They are active in social media and discord with mini games to get free vouchers and make it easy to connect with other players to find good guilds. This is the only app I get excited to watch ads for because the rewards match the time spent watching them (and they often don’t make you watch the full ad to get the reward) Watching ads on other apps now is frustrating since they are all longer than those 😅 I have paid a few times for gems but if you are looking for a game where they aren’t shoving payments down your throat or the game feels slow without premium, this is a good game for you. My game is also never slow to load like some people have experienced so it must be hit or miss. They have new festivals and events all the time so I always feel like I have a reason to come back to the app. This is the only app I’ve played for so long and am impressed with how much work is put into the game each day by the Devs. They’ve upped the standard in app gaming imo. My only complaint is that for my lvl 20s the tasks once I leveled up were immediately completed because I did them already. And they were checked off before I could even see what they were. It was also not as fun because you didn’t have as much of a reason to harvest. But the improvement in festivals and events makes to so right now I’m not feeling that.
