App seems fine for the most part, but Casey's seriously need to work on order estimation timing. I've heard from multiple people that the promised time for a takeout pizza rarely matches the actual time. I ordered through the app for the first time and experienced this awful service myself. Reason enough for me to delete the app and never go back.

This app is very frustrating. I have never been able to log into my account on the app, or online. Every time I select "login" after inputting my login information, the page doesn't go anywhere. It doesn't tell me anything is wrong or to try again. Simply NOTHING happens. I am very upset and would very much like this issue to be addressed soon, as this has been happening since I created my account a month ago.

Same as the other one star reviews. App worked a couple times for ordering pizza, then logged me out and nothing I do allows me to get in. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted cache, all the stuff. I ask it to send me a reset email and the email never arrives. I can't see any way to make it work for online ordering and I lost all my points from the first orders. I can't even start another account because I only have one phone number and it's already associated with the first account.
