In the beginning, I found the app a little hard to learn, especially when I'm looking for a specific book. The reading experience is good in the app. The subscription is lower than Kindle, but not as many books are available. I'm happy to support authors through this retailer rather than Amazon. The prices are the same or better. I like the organizational tools for My Library, but it's not customizable. I love that I can actually use a shopping cart to check out, rather than "one click".

I like how they have some books that I cannot find on Audible. The big issue I have is the app completely sucks at keeping track of where you stopped a book. I am having to constantly rewind or fasforward to pick up where I left off. Would give it more stars but it needs to do better at keeping track of where you left off.

I like this app but it does need improvement when it comes to their audiobooks. There is NO bookmark option , often stops playing the audiobooks while you are listening. When this happens you will need to go on the hunt for the book in the app to continue listening because in the library section the book will not show. I'd love to continue using it but can see myself canceling my subscription if this is not fixed and new features added.
