Just requested a ride, the fare was for $31.90. All of the sudden I received a text message letting me know they had found a closer driver and I would be picked up sooner. I didn't look at the app, just jumped in the ride. As I was getting off in my destination I noticed the price changed to $152.97. definitely bad business practices. I didn't even get an opportunity to deny the change. Now I'm stuck emailing back and forth with Lyft, as they don't even have a customer service number or chat.

aggravating ads. No way to block them. Interface gets worse and worse. I check to see where I am on the trip and the trip info slides up to cover the whole screen. I slide it down to look at the map and it slides back up halfway. Then I have to slide it down AGAIN. This happens every time. And sometimes the app won't give me information about a car that's already on the way. It keeps telling me to wait for the driver information but the driver has already arrived. This app is a mess.

I'm having issues leaving a custom tip - especially when I don't do it right away and I have to go back through history and try to add tip later! I hit custom tip, and then key it in and then save and it doesn't work! The only working option is to select one of the pre-defined tips! $2, $3, $5 or $0! In this case the ride was $8 and I don't feel like tipping $2 which is 25% as the minimum tipping amount! The custom feature tip does not work! This has been going on for several months!
