UPDATE: Please remove the ad for Vita Slots for Seniors! It pops up constantly, every time I change games, and at least 70% of the time I am unable to leave the ad. There is no X anywhere. I have to quit playing and when I return hours later or the next day, the app has rebooted. What I wrote below, some time ago, is still the case. When I am able to exit an ad, my sound effects are often gone. I left 3 stars when I wrote the post below but since that hasn’t been fixed and now there is a new problem with an ad, I changed it to 1 star. This is a great app and there are many, many games. I love playing a lot of different games. So, here is the problem and why I only gave 3 stars: Every time I change games, I have to watch an ad. Now this would be acceptable EXCEPT that watching an ad removes all sound effects from the next game I play. So, I either have to play with no sound effects, or leave the app for a couple of hours, or reboot my device. Frankly, none of these options are good ones. I do the updates whenever one is available, but this glitch is never fixed. Your support staff was of no help. The problem remains.

First you have the best games to play. But half the fun is seeing the pay off. I always lose the connection. When it comes time for a bonus it starts then I lose connection. Even the daily games when I go to collect I lose connection. Everything works when I keep losing. Then I hit and lose connection. Why does this continually happen? A big part of me wants to delete the game. It’s VERY frustrating to have to keep logging on again. Jo Ann I understand what you’re saying but this only happens when I play Vegas Slots. No other game does this. It only happens when I go to collect. Then it says lost connection. If I’m playing the bonus game as soon as I hit something I lose the connection and it tells me they finished it for me. That a big part of the fun. I have used this app for years and have made many purchases and have never had an issue with receiving the coins. This past Saturday, 4/2/22 I made a high level purchase and was not credited with the coins. I wrote the customer service through the “contact us” option explaining what happened and asking for the coins to be credited or a refund. I proved that I was charged for the purchase and asked them to send proof that the coins were sent. I received a bunch of screen shots that I could not enlarge and that were cut off. I asked them to email me the screen shots so I could review them and they had the nerve to tell me that they don’t have an email. How does an APP developer in the virtual gaming industry NOT have a business email? These people are thieves! DO NOT USE this app!!!!! There are many other apps for gaming that are better than this one. I’m deleting this app ASAP! I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS APP, they thieves!!!!!!
