UpdatesApp seems to be on the back burner, in that maybe they aren't making enough money to justify better updates to the app. Decided to buy premium mostly because I liked the Les Mills workouts but they suddenly disappeared a couple months ago. Food logging could use some polishing up on the search feature. Overall it's a really good tool to help in your fitness journey. Also, no dark theme???? I like looking over my stats for the day but I feel like a flash grenade went off when I open app at night.

BugsHate itLivesLog InSince literally the day my account switched to Google account login from the Fitbit login, this app will not show me my step data. I'll sync it and it might show it to me briefly, but at midnight it's gone. It's ridiculous that it's been 6 months and the problem still persists. Weirdly my weekly roundup email will show my steps, and the app work uses for the wellness program receives it, so the data clearly lives somewhere. Just this stupid app can't seem to figure it out how to show it to me!

Never manages to synch now. Even by manually pulling down or tapping the synch refresh button. I've tried all the troubleshooting methods (even the ones you use as a reply to these reviews, FitBit, hi!!) and I'm seriously wondering if the app is just botched at this point. And again, say it with me Fitbit: Dark Mode. DARK. MODE. Because there's nothing better than waking up at 4 a.m. to check your stats in bed, and then being absolutely BLINDED by all the white backgrounds in the App!
