    Only been using it for a few weeks, but I already opted for the membership. It's been a huge help keeping me on schedule, and I love that I can download/add workouts to fit my needs. Also, if there's an exercise you're not familiar with, it provides video and instructions to help you. It's like having a virtual personal trainer, which is exactly what I was looking for. If something in the scheduled workout is too difficult (or easy) you can swap it out. Fully customizable. 5 stars!

    Haven't tried the paid version but the free version has been wonderful! Far better than most apps I've tried. This one has one ad at the end of my daily workout routine and keeps a quiz at the end of each session to figure out how to alter future workouts for me. It's tailored to my needs, has great workouts, and no noticable bugs. Great app!!

    1) No annoying guilt trip notification reminders unless I say so. I workout when I please (3x this week, go me!) 2) The bodyweight workout plans are surprisingly satisfying, enough to make me feel a bit sore after a day or two without making work too much of a chore. The difficulty is adjustable to the user's ability level, and each workout ends with asking whether it felt too hard, too easy, or just right to further tailor the workouts to the user. 3) The stretches are phenomenal. Don't skip!
