Why do we have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it to make things work for a little bit? Heard of testing before deployment? Old: Wow! This was great and now everything Kasa is trash! Things worked fine and now they don't. Things even disappear and reappear in the app though they are still connected! They aren't even in the room tab anymore. Worse, 3 kasa plugs are now dead. I guess you bricked them with your last update. No excuses! Why does Wyse still work and you don't.

Love this app and their smart plugs! I have Kasa smart plugs all over the house controlling lights, space heaters, fans, you name it. The app is easy and intuitive and best of all it just works. I linked my Kasa account to my Google Home so I can voice-control all my devices. "Hey Google turn on bedroom room heater." I put hard-to-reach devices like my router on a smart plug so when I need to restart my home network I can just use the Kasa app or my voice to turn it off and back on again.

I’ve been very happy with the Kasa Smart app overall. The interface is intuitive, and connecting and managing devices is simple. Firmware updates are seamless, which is a big plus. However, I have one major complaint: there’s no option to mass delete videos. The most I’ve been able to remove at once is 10, which feels unnecessarily tedious. This feature should be simple to implement and would significantly improve the user experience. Once this is addressed, it’ll be a 5-star app for sure.
