Crashes when opening. I've only gotten past the intro splash screen a few times, and my son likes the game, but I can't even load it to unlock the other stages. Pleases fix and provide a way to unlock all stages at once (it seems like you can only unlock one at a time). UPDATE: I did the play pass and everything is unlocked now... i just tried opening it again and it worked, so maybe all is well.

Was working great, but haven't been able to unlock the additional levels agian with subscription pass. Tried the suggestions below but still didn't work, the game acknowledges the subscription but seems to never unlock and the busy wheel just keeps spinning until you close the unlock menu.

Previously brought the game but changed phone. App won't transfer the purchase. Sits there loading forever. UPDATE DUE TO RESPONSE. I've both purchased the app and also since, have play pass. Game just won't unlock. Sits there forever loading. Reinstalls, forced app closes and multiple presses make no difference.
