Can you make the main story quests lower in difficulty or make primo gems easier to get. I can't get strong enough/get enough good supplies and gear. I'm finding the story quests to be too hard. I've tried so many strategies and class tactics. Nothing. Please fix this. Please fix the crashes and glitches too please. Thanks.

I want to give this game a 5 stars so bad, but 1: I already lost my ancient account when I was a kid and 2: I tried to restart and make a new account/character and I was doing great until the instant crashes upon starting the game, it only gets me past the female saying "A Team" and it crashes right before the intro starts playing, and I was doing so good. And no I don't have a slow poor phone, I have a Google pixel 9 pro, I was playing just fine a few hours ago now I can't even enter the game..

Love the game, it's given me the best time that I was able to be good at a game and I would not really be happy if this game were to disappear. I fail to see how this keeps your account in the game sometimes because it keeps saying there is no account or the account is used already which clearly means someone has taken my account another thing to note is when the screen is stuck at the update with stuck at 100% with it just saying almost there. Anyway to fix that?
