I recommend this app and the associated Instagram page to anyone who is a parent. The creators post research-backed, cited information in a user-friendly way. I love the food library that shows how to cut and prepare tons of foods for different ages. As a first-time parent, I really had no idea where to start. The app was a lifesaver! I also love how there are different options based on your comfort level. We used the app daily when our baby started eating solids, and I love the open communication and honesty about what introducing solids can look like. I cannot recommend this app enough!

This is my favorite BLW app. Everything you need to know is all in one place. I love that I can click and get all the info I need without having to be redirected to a website or anywhere else. I love the how to serve information which is really detailed and all of the information for each food. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the food tracker needs improved. It would be better if all foods were listed on one page either alphabetical or in categories but easy to see together on one page. Some common foods are missing and need to be added as standard - for example, peanuts. Also, it would be nice if it would show a count of how many foods have been tried to date. I pay for this app specifically for the tracker but it’s leaving a lot of be desired so I may be switching to another app. I hope they can take my advice and make so much needed updates because with some changes this is hands down the best app!

I was so overwhelmed with the idea of starting solids, what to feed and how. This all is amazing bc it answers every question, has recipes, a guide on how to prepare basically ANY food and the paid version has a meal plan that is totally worth it, especially for the allergen introduction! I also love following their instagram account because various team members share their BLW journeys with their own children. You can literally see what's normal and expected through their instagram stories. I tell my new mom friends to start here with BLW :)
