BugsNetworkPoor UI design and unreliable connection My main problems are that when you try and establish a connection to a device, the app doesn't indicate it's sent a request for many seconds. If I try and send another request in that time, the first request will fail. And it is more common than not that during a screen share, the connection will catch an error and the screen will freeze, forcing me to end the session and retry.

AddictingBugsCameraGreat to allow me to remote access my home computer and from there check my cameras around my house which I don't want on the internet also like remoting into friends computer that need some help. The only thing that is a problem in when a computer gets flagged as business that is not, I guess I spent too much time remoting into my home computer checking my cameras, it would be nice to know what the limits are to prevent this from happening

AdsFeature RequestsNetworkThe software is fine but the automated systems behind the scenes are garbage. I've had to submit multiple tickets in a single year for Teamviewer falsely marking my remote access usage as "Commercial". I've never used TeamViewer commercially and have never installed TeamViewer on a device with a Server OS. This is a new change. I was using TeamViewer for years without issue. They need to fix this. Look elsewhere unless you plan on paying.
