New following layout is terrible, only shows one stream. If no one you are following is live, it shows some random streamer. VODs are gone from the following menu. Clips are gone from the following menu. Stories are gone from the following menu. Please, this isn't TikTok or YouTube Shorts, it's long form media. Edit: Removed things they fixed but overall these changes are still things that nobody asked for. Revert to the previous layout, you struck gold before and shouldn't have changed it.

The new update is buggy and just overall a horrible experience. I get the "tiktokification" of the twitch app is for viewer retention and popularity, but this update has made me delete the app and I'm never downloading it again. The whole point of twitch is to watch your favorite streamer stream for *hours* which is the complete opposite of tiktok. Where you watch videos for maybe a minute. They serve complete different purposes. Never using this app until they go back to how it was previously.

Chiming in on the chorus. The new UI update (as of July 2024) is all around awful. The following/homepage was the only part of the previous UI that was solid (unlike the useless discover page). Now you have a two step process to see your following?? Who thought that was a good idea? & Shoving a UI meant for short-form content to display random streams is beyond me. Fire whoever put together this update immediately.
