I love I have all my favorite movies. The 3 stars is because I can't rearrange the video order on my TV. AND if I buy the movies, I should be able to download them on an external hard drive, not just download them in an internal app. I purchased them, so why not have the ability to put on an external? If those two issues are fixed, I would definitely give Prime 5 stars. I actually have them at a 3 star, but I am going to move it to a 2. Lucky, I'll keep it at a 3.

Would be great if you guys didn't have forced portrait mode when exiting fullscreen while inside the video player, but I get it, uber complicated coding. Also the forced pause of the video when I drag down the top of my phone to access quick miscellaneous settings or read notifications is super annoying. Other than these two minor, but really annoying, reasons, everything is great with your app. Loving it, currently watching The Boys and The Tick, both binge worthy, imo. Give them a watch.

Glitchy, unpolished. Doesn't keep very good track of which episodes I left off on/time stamps. Clunky (at times) user interface, on my phone atleast. Whenever I loose wifi, a side bar pops up in the middle of the screen telling me I'm using cell data etc. This cover up some 15% of the screen in a bright blue text bar at the bottom, incredibly annoying Prime video works fine really, but all these things stack up to make it a lesser, and annoying experience compared to it's competition
