I love Libby. I've used it for years and it's really amazing. It's so easy to use and my library has acquired copies of so many books, it's rare I don't find something on Libby. Unfortunately the latest update has made it impossible for me to listen to an audio book using headphones. When I try, it continuously plays and pauses, over and over, multiple times a second. I unplug my headphones, it plays normally. Plug them back in, same thing. Bluetooth works fine but wired headphones break it.

I love how diverse the collection is, along with the features that make it easier to use, but I've had a recent problem where I can't get any audio book or ebook to load. It says that my internet isn't working, it is working. To fix this, I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, removing my library card and adding it back, etc, none of which worked. The inability to load the books defeats the purpose of the app, so I would like for this bug to be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you!

I recently had some frustration with this app. It wouldn't load and just gave me a "retry" button with the only other option to submit a help request. My expectations for tech support on any app are almost zero. Imagine my surprise when I quickly got a response with a very lengthy and detailed list of options to try and a real person to contact if that didn't work. Unheard of!!! I would give them 5 stars for that alone. But the app is fabulous. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
