AudioUpdatesJust returned to the app after the update and now there is no sound. I checked my sound settings and the app sound should be working fine. Please fix this and I will update my rating! Update: thanks for fixing my sound! I really appreciate the interface of the app and the ease of seeing how to perform each movement. I will renew as long as the price is as reasonable as last year 👍🏾

DifficultThere's always the skepticism about an exercise app helping to do what it claims. I've been using muscle booster for 3 weeks now and I feel that it's helping me get results in a steady pace. I like that it provides guidance on exercises, offers alternative exercises that help me gain the same benefit if I have issues with exercise they suggest, and provides a plan for routines taking a lot of the guess work on what I should do, while providing a decent challenging workout.

Feature RequestsHate itI like the so because it is increasing my workout slowly and it addresses many more muscle groups than my limited workouts that I put together myself. I do wish I could exclude specific exercises. For instance, anything that involves a crunch will result in lingering back pain all day. Do I want to skip those, but they need to be replaced is I am to get a full workout. I have not come up with my own workaround for this yet.
