I love this game but I’ve noticed that I’ve never once had a mega bingo or hit a jackpot. I’ve been playing this game for years. I’ve spent a lot of money. I also don’t like that the reward for moving up a level never changes. Generally you would get a larger reward for reaching a higher level. But its always 20 cherries. I’m on level 700 something and I still only get 20 cherries. A round in which you could get collection points (that would actually contribute a normal amount) requires the use of much higher cherries to level up. A seasonal round alone is 280 cherries for 2 cards. I want to keep playing but it seems a little fishy that rewards, jackpots, and mega bingos are soooooo rare. Good daily spins are also really rare. I usually get the same amount every day. I know you have responded to many people that this is a game of chance but landing on the same exact number of Cherry rewards each day I spin is near statistically impossible. Please reward us better so we can keep playing. I’ve deleted the game before (which I don’t want to do) but I can’t keep spending money on something that seems a little fixed.

I have been playing this game for years, I’m on level 855...so clearly loyal for a LONG time! It just gets harder and harder to win bingos. And yes, they’ll respond by saying “it’s a game of chance”, “sorry you feel you aren’t winning as many cherries as you feel deserving of”. You will maybe get a single bingo every 6/7 games, a double bingo every 15/20 games if you’re lucky. If I do ever have a decent amount (like over 300 cherries) it’s because I won them from collection events and cards or the dice game, not because of the actual game of bingo. It should not be possible to blow 4,000 cherries in a short amount of time, but it is. It’s frustrating and they do nothing to fix it. Play at your own risk of major frustration! I can play game after game and never win even a single Bingo. They have become so greedy and have ruined this game! I used to win Mega bingos way more often and would be able to play more. I refuse to buy cherries or coins, won’t give them a dime of my money! You shouldn’t either! If they would actually listen to feedback (I conducted a 10 minute survey) and made changes, I would change my review...but it seems to fall of deaf ears.

This game could be great. Love the artwork, fun concept, love the collections. But the game is basically unplayable with the amount of cherries you get, even when you pay for them. To get a chance at finishing events or getting decent rewards, you have to play large bets with multiple cards, but it’s impossible with the low cherry count. And they give coin rewards like candy, so I have thousands of coins to do nothing with and no cherries to play. $30 will get you a couple low-end high roller games, which is a crazy buy-in cost for a game that wins you digital prizes/progression. Every time you open the game you have to click off of at least 4-5 pop ups trying to get you to pay for things. Leveling up does nothing to increase your cherry-per-day rewards and even after completing puzzles and getting more daily cherries, you might get one play a days worth. Developers: invest in a good systems/game economy developer and fix this game. It’s a waste to have users wanting to play your game but unable to. And my last note... quit making me use Facebook for friends. I get that you want to try and market, but it’s outdated and annoying to users.
