I like that I can change the ringtone on Android phones. When will the option be available on Iphones. Changing the sound on an Android is a nice feature because it allows you to notice a new call on Webex compared to a regular call. The Iphone doesnt seem to be very loud when a call comes in. We had Webex since 2022 and has worked great for communication between our staff and doctors. There was a few instances where our calls that came in were not reaching our system, but have now been fixed.

I cannot say enough negative things about this worthless app. I got a brand new phone, hoping that it would help with the issues. Instead it's even worse. Rings only about 2/3rds of the time. Takes several seconds to connect, by which time the caller is saying "Hello? Hello?" Frequently mutes me while I can still hear the caller. There is absolutely no issue with my Wi-Fi or data. The app is simply hot garbage.

Good app, but it has two issues. It is not synced with the one I have on my computer. I always get notifications for things that were sent months ago. I read in the latest update notes that this issue is resolved. However, I can't confirm this because the app started freezing when I start it after the latest update. I have to forcefully stop it and start it again, but I can't switch to another app because I have to forcefully stop it again then start it. Re-installing didn't work.
