1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A^® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like

Used to be a good app. Used it for years. Now, it takes FOREVER to open and, very often, when it does open it says "oops something went wrong you've been successfully logged out". I just uninstalled and reinstalled for the first time and still no resolution it takes forever to open and in the end you can't log in.

Hard to run on low data, which is all I can get. It has you verify it's you every time and it won't load, the links expire. Update, Still will hardly run! Keeps giving me a notification I can do a review and get a free sandwich, but it just opens the app and stops. I do mobile thrus, mostly, and they never give receipts to be able to review and get the free sandwich:(

I've never been able to get this app to work. I have an Android phone. First, I couldn't sign in unless I changed my default browser from Brave. The app redirects sign-in to the default browser. Then it kept erroring as I was selecting food. I finally got my food selected, and it errors again (multiple times) when trying to check out. I ended up deleting the app and ordering at the drive-thru.
