there's no way to turn off the auto pause when the right earbud is tapped. this is just infuriating when I'm working out and a strand of hair comes loose from behind my ear, tapping the earbud and pausing my music. or I accidentally brush the earbud while moving around. what's worse is when I tap it again with my finger, it somehow doesn't continue playing whatever was paused, so I have to stop my workout to use my phone. I don't want any stupid gestures! I just want the earbuds to play music.

Harmon should stick with what it knows. Speakers and sound. This app is as horrible as the first. I have been a JBL fan for a long time. My kiddos, exes, and friends all are on board as well. This app,crashes, runs like the old dial up, app doesn't recognize buds half the time, have to choose volume, track control, or ambient sound mode but lose one of the 3 choices? the 1st 2 are standard on a $5 set of buds?! BOOOO!

When device goes on standby the headphones make the app (all) I'm using pause after 5-10 seconds of the screen being off... This is the second pair of JBL headphones (different models) that I have had a similar issue with also with different devices. Changing settings in the app off and on fixes this issue for a few days but then it will do it again.
