    2 stars for UI.Got it free premium via another app. It keeps adding full push up exercise even if I setup that I have not enough space. the plan are repetitive, the natural tone is unbalanced and heavy on upper body. In the same session I have PROGRESSION to push up and then 80 push up. clearly thought for men .the AI coach is useless. the signaure workouts are a joke. Ridiculous expensive for what it provides

    Downloaded because free with Revolut. Not impressed at all. It gave me 4 choices of things I want to work on. Arms, chest, glutes or abs. No back? No legs? No shoulders? Then your forces to choose between EITHER barbells or dumbells or bodyweight even though most programs combine all. A bizarrely bad fitness app. I also clicked back once to change something on the previous page,and it sent me all the way back out, so I had to start again (which i chose not to. I would be sickened if I had paid

    It's not bad. I generally prefer the targeted workouts, and don't rely exclusively on this app. Today the coach wanted me to do 6sets of 20x forward lunges with weight. I think 3sets is plenty. I switched to another exercise after 3. Kinda weird. Other times it's had me do kettlebell swings ( with rests) for 13 to 15 minutes. Pretty boring.
