Latest redesign makes it much more difficult to navigate to certain features (e.g., audio) and switching between that and gameday. Audio is wonky; drops stations and inexplicably switches from Dodgers' coverage to Yankees'. Also... the lack of synchronization between audio and scoreboard is annoying. And the audio will stop if you navigate away if you scroll over a video *preview*.

This app barely functions. I have to, every time, revalidate my email and refresh tickets many times before they'll show up. Even after this they'll sometimes disappear again and I'll have to keep refreshing. I'm glad it's no longer MonopolyMaster managing the tickets, but this is a very bad experience.

Not exactly a smooth experience. The app is slow and it's not clear if I truly need this app to access my tickets which I should be able to access through Ticketmaster which is having it's own issues. I'm trying to add my ticket to my Google wallet and that doesn't appear to be working either. This shouldn't be so difficult. Update: This is not an inquiry. It is a review. The API is the issue. It should be straightforward to complete tasks such as adding tickets to Google wallet. It is not.
