It's a much needed storage system however it's not without its problems, which are all inconveniences. The biggest gripe i have is the lack of a sort system. It's sad when an app on a mobile device what their N64 and GameCube counter parts did in the late 90s to early 2000s. The inability to filter out specific search results is also a problem, littered with hacked pokemon and wants that are impossible to fulfill. The app itself is useful but lazy and shouldn't be charging to use.

It's nice to be able to use this app from phone or switch but certain functions seem to be locked to what device your using, probably to encourage more downloads of the app. Biggest complaint though is that after several generations were added since the app came out the storage has not seemed to increase from its original, even on the paid version.

The concept is cool and the yearly fee is low. However, this app in practice is pretty terrible, and it's clear at this point they have no intention of fixing the issues that make using the trading functions frustrating and nearly impossible at this point. The graphics are very dated and the load times are slow compared to modern apps. It's time for an overhaul or to take out the yearly fee. Tbh if they had programmed the new games to support all pokemon, I wouldn't be bothering with home.
