Hate itNotificationsI generally enjoy the Drops app and use it to improve my Spanish learning. I even have a 408 day streak going, but recently, the app has started sending me notifications several times a week that my streak has been "saved" when I haven't missed a day. When I look in the calendar, all days show that I've completed lessons, and no streak save icons are shown in the calendar. It's not a super big deal, but it is annoying and gives me a little moment of panic every time I get a false notification.

so far, I'm pretty pleased with this app it's the only one that I was able to find that offered the language that I was looking for, and it had a free trial. I like how it's an actual course that you can start with no prior experience, just like a traditional class. so far, I would only add one thing. during the exercise where you learn new words, I think there should be a button that repeats the word and gives little tips on how to pronounce it correctly.

SpendingI enjoy learning new languages with this app, and the unlimited languages for $140 is a great deal, but honestly, the method of teaching it uses does not work for me. I will slowly gain a vocabulary, but having iffy single color pictures that could represent one of a million words or phrases, and then guessing at the words from there is just lacking as a method of learning. then when you do guess, it doesn't give you enough time to review the correct response before going on to the next word.
