Update: November 15 app update apparently fixed things? Not changing rating yet. Original: Terrible sign-in process. Already had rewards account, tried to sign in with the app and it takes one through the account creation, assuring me that it will get linked to the existing account. Doesn't find it, use my account number as instructed and it says there's an existing account already linked. Well duh, that's me. Normal sign-ins have separate paths for new and existing users. Uninstalled app.

This app is never synced with what the actual store has to offer. And what's weird is if you're standing in the store the price for an item will be different than it is inside the app. And all you really have to do is order it on the app for pickup and stand there for 15 minutes. I did this with Christmas lights and saved over $3 per unit. In the store they would not give me the difference I had to actually order it through the app. That is super annoying.

Now they've done it! Ace Hardware has always been the best in customer service but their App has taken it a step further. It can be seen that a lot of thought was put into it. Nice large images of the items, great details in the descriptions but going further in providing the item number right on the image is great. Apps should be useful and easy to use and this app does that well. I especially like the large area of the options for pick up, delivery or shipping. I appreciate the app
