I would give this game 5 STARS BUT I have been playing EMOJI BLITZ for well over a year and for the last couple months, EVERY TIME I START THE GAME THROUGH 'REWARDED PLAY', IT CRASHES IMMEDIATELY after the prize wheel finishes spinning. SO, 2 TIMES in the last few days I've got the "15 minute SUNSHINE BOOST" and THEN GAME CRASHES...then there's a notification that pops up when I try to start the game again, that prevents me from restarting the game for at least 4 minutes. 😫

I have been playing this game since the start. I used gems to play events and then did not receive the emojis I should have earned due to a game error. This has happened more than once. I contact customer service and the response is always a form letter/brush off with no resolution. I think this is disappointing and demonstrates little regard for their dedicated players. 9/4: emailed as instructed. Was messaged through game. Another brushoff/no resolution.

Game is fun but you will reach levels where it's virtually impossible to complete the mission without spending gems to do so (swap the mission or get extra time). Also, when you do pay to play (token quest) the token number you have to collect is set so high you can't possibly complete it in the allotted time without them spending even more to bypass the levels and finish the quest. Thumbs down.
