The latest version of the update is great, except for the part where I can’t get to another part of the menu once I’ve put something in my cart. If I put a hot espresso item in my cart, I can only go back to the hot espresso menu, no matter what I select. If I remove that, I can go back and pick, say, a food item to put in my cart, but then I can only see the food menu. If I try to open the cold beverage menu, it opens the food menu. It’s been doing this since the app first updated. It’s getting frustrating and making it difficult for me to order, so I’m more likely to go somewhere I can easily place my whole order in the application because I don’t like to order at the store anymore because it bugs me. Also, the app often lists things my local store doesn’t carry.

**Update** I attempted to log in again today and I did receive the email link, which took me to a screen, which had me tap another link that took me back to the app., (phew!!) and then finally, my account was still there, points and all. I just hope it keeps me logged in, because I AM NOT going through that every time I use it….. The new update killed my app. When I enter my email I get the Uh-Oh something went wrong, try again pop up. If I try to sign up again, same issue. Tried a different email (not sure which one I used to sign up-deleted the most recent email) & it says it sent a check your inbox and I never get it….not even to my spam folder….Not a good way to roll out a new update, especially because I cannot earn points and really hope I didn’t lose the ones I have earned. Won’t be ordering anything from you until it is fixed….

Who decided to go password-less because that ain’t it! Opened the app thinking it was going to be a smooth process just clicking the link in my email but nooooo.!!! For some reason once you click the link, it takes you to a web page that has you click open twice just for it to take you back to the App Store and open the app again and then you’re stuck at the check your email page and nothing happens it just sits there. Even tried unchecking the little box to not save my place in the app and nothing works!! Hopefully this will be fixed soon! Oh and one small tip. If you guys like trying something new, don’t bother doing it here at Scooter’s even though I like the business but I tried a new drink and it was disgusting! Asked the young lady if I could exchange it and get something else, and she flat out told me “no we don’t do any type exchanges or remakes”. Well I’ve learned my lesson.
