Four things: 1: would love to be able to save items to a wish list or ‘save for later’ feature 2: no ‘Share’ option to send an item to another person. Have to take and send a screenshot. 3: app constantly signs me out. I constantly have to sign back in. Very annoying and unnecessary. 4: poor consistency. For example, there are Jazz jerseys for sale (I’m a Utah Jazz fan) with players who never wore the jerseys the names are on. Example, Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Bojan Bogdanovich were traded prior to the change to black/yellow unis, but some poor sucker can sure buy those guys’ jerseys in the new black/yellow set. Makes no sense. It’s a choice to be that unaware.

I kept getting a message that “Uh oh, something went wrong.” As I type this review, I can’t see any of the words I’m typing, so there are a lot of issues with the app. However, I was successful in completing my purchase. Was available in the app as it is on the desktop site. I use the app more than the mobile or desktop site and noticed that you can only get free 2 day shipping through ShopRunner via the website. I will change my rating from 4 to 5 stars once ShopRunner becomes available via the mobile app.

I keep putting the email and password I use for my fanatics account and it keeps saying login failed I’m not putting in the wrong stuff so idk what to say this is the 5th time it’s happened to me with this app, and if you want to reset the password just in case they ask for the email and never send an email to reset the password which isn’t my problem but it’s a problem in general if someone actually forgot their password!
