Awful experience with this app. If it does bug and close out, you get overcharged for a ride. Went on less than a 2 mile ride and tried to end it. Was in a designated parking area and it wouldn't let me end it. It overcharged me and went on for more than an hour resulting in my funds draining and me having a panic attack. Called the number, couldn't get anyone on the phone to talk to. Ended up having to turn off my bank card. Do not recommend.

Pricing isn't clear to riders I was charged $40 for a 70min ride, the invoice even shows I should of only been charged $27 when contacting customer service I was given the run around about how pricing works and the math isn't mathing. Edit: I deleted my account and the app fix your pricing issues or you will continue to lose customers it's the biggest issue and your still not correcting it

The rides are super fun and convenient but it's way too expensive for my developing country, it's basically same as or more expensive than a taxi here. At least not having the "starting fee" would be nice. Also the app charges you for an extra minute even if you're over last minute by a second, and the app takes 10s of seconds to end the ride (even though my network connection is good), which are included in the ride duration.
