When you can find jobs in your area, this app is definitely worth using. However, the algorithm for finding new job postings needs some serious work. After a single click on a remote job posting, I will get nothing but jobs based in the same area as the one I looked at, remote or not. It takes a while to re-train it to show nearby jobs.

Very easy to use! This app is also very popular with employers so you can always be certain your resume will be looked at. Very easy to build a resume, with different skills/ schools/ job titles etc. populating in the entry box thingies (for lack of a better description at this time!) so you don't have to work as much thinking about what you're trying to input. Great app!

ZipRecruiter is a very helpful tool for an incumbent's job search. I've successfully found employment through the platform in the past. However, I've noticed that the system doesn't always accurately reflect my specific job title preferences. While I appreciate the wide range of opportunities, I'd like to see more targeted results based on my search criteria. But definitely download it and utilize it.
