FamilyFeature RequestsHate itLog InLove itI have been a jogger all my life, but for the last few months, I haven’t been able to get on the treadmill because of a sore calf muscle… I bought this a few months ago, but never opened it until recently. I am 66 years old so it’s nice to have choices . Even though I gave it a five star, there are some things that I think could be improved on… One of them is when you login your activity and for some reason it changes you can’t delete it and redo it. The other one sometimes the picture shows an older person on the picture for the exercise, and it has taken me to a very young girl doing exercises that I cannot do, because my age and joint issues. That needs to be corrected and I would like to see more for the older adult.

DifficultThis is helpful, however I do take issue with the name. I work hard in most areas, not always as hard as I should, but I have never thought of myself as”lazy”. Not really a motivation to see that word on your workout, so I wouldn’t stay past the trial. Otherwise I may well continue. * I did get a response to my review and appreciate the words very much. I do understand your prospective and why. I do. I think “lazy” may resonate well with younger members and even some who couldn’t care less either way. When you have worked long years and are ready to chill, “lazy” begins to lose that abstract quality and slides back a little to the concrete. Sleeping til noon 2-3 days a week, leaving the dishes til the next morning, jeans and sweatshirts. Just feeling your own kind of lazy. No prospective, just floating in the water with a cool breeze. And I don’t always see even that as lazy. Just no guilt, well deserved! No worries. I don’t believe anyone meant to offend at all. Lazy just isn’t in my vocabulary now, but I understand. 😊

AdsBattery UsageDifficultGreat for those who simply lie around doing nothing at all; these workouts may be slightly challenging & helpful; however, for those with medical conditions who routinely do physical therapy, or who participate in senior movement sessions, these minute routines are not uncommon or anything special. On my second day I did a cardio pulmonary session & it was very similar to that you’d do with a PT or cardio nurse technician. Worth what they propose to charge, but the program is not free as advertised, & is also paired with dietary recommendations. If looking to gain body sculpting & loose weight, this may not be your best bet. If merely want to strengthen, improve movement & balance, & maintain overall health a very worthwhile program with many variations available.
