SpendingUpdatesThis app is one of the best scanners. It got me through the Covid lockdown in highschhool, and still finds its use in college applications. Support was very helpful; they helped restore my lifetime payment from the old version of this app to the new one. I also like the implementation of their own cloud storage service! I do think the Plus plan should still have a lifetime option due to not needing to pay for cloud storage, imo. But the convenience of the plus plan is worth the money.

Hate itSpendingWorks very well, but I do not like being forced into an annual subscription if I want the premium features. The paywall is fine, but I'd prefer monthly billing, even at a higher cost. Unlike many, I will need this app only occasionally, so an annual sub doesn't make sense for me. Better still if I could pay once and be done with it, which I understand *used* to be the pricing model. Either way, you'll get no subscription from me. I'll cope with less functionality for the few scans I need.

WaitingThis app takes a guy like me (beginner) and turns them into a one man small office machine,lol. I'm hesitant with apps but this one is so nice, I've been using them for a bit (nice of them) and just subscribed to the ultimate package with sync capabilities. Had to get a new phone today and the first thing I worried about was the loss of the genius scan app. My main use is the ability to scan & make stuff a PDF. I could be doing it the long way (inexperienced) but at least it's easy, haha ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
