Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed.

I bought this camera from Amazon and it was fine. I could view a week's worth of images with no problem but if I wanted more, you had to sign up for their close service. Now, without warning, they will not let you look at any of the images at all unless you pay for cloud storage and they play full ads whenever you log in. I will switch soon. Definitely do not recommend.

I'm updating. Now for some reason when I go to check my camera a full page and pops up and the cam app is in a tiny banner up top. Not cool at all. Finding different app. According to the help section I'm supposed to be able to set the app to detect human activity. The option isn't there. I got 25 notifications in 8 min due to bugs and wind blowing the tree. Had to disable it. The accuracy level selector would be great but it doesn't exist. Can't use your app now. BTW it's set to low zone .
