BugsHate itLove itUnfortunately, my experience with the app hasn’t been ideal. It frequently crashes after each chapter, and initially, it attempted to charge me twice. I managed to resolve this by logging out and restarting the app, but the most frustrating issue is the recurring blank screen when it crashes. That said, the app is absolutely worth the hassle. It’s a fantastic time-saver, especially if you’re a busy book lover or focused on self-improvement. With a vast library and diverse perspectives, you can read all day and reflect on your lessons in the evening. Plus, the app’s clean design is very pleasing to the eye. 5th star will be added once bugs get fixed

Battery UsageCustomer ServiceDifficultHate itSpendingI have been trying to figure out how to cancel this for months and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication in how to do that. I have sent emails and tried the website since it wasn’t shown in my subscriptions as an active subscription even though it was bought in the App Store and continued to get charged for two pay period months (so six months total) for a service not even on my phone anymore. I just so happen to see the receipt come in at TWO IN THE MORNING this time and figured out how to cancel it. This is ridiculous and there’s not even a customer support line you can contact and they get in contact immediately. It was a cool service but not many options of books after you get thru most of them and impossible to actually speak to someone. Will not be recommending this but since I got charged AGAIN for it I’m considering redownloading it and seeing if more options of books are available now. My daily recommendations kept being books I’d already listened to on the app and so it lacked variety for me personally.

LivesLove itMe personally I think that Wiser is one of the best apps I’ve ever seen and ever experienced.. It’s a great help for those of us that may have busy lives, and don’t have time to read a physical book in our hand .. It’s My book on the go as I call it. My personal bookstore that has everything a person may need. But I can move while listening. Not to mention it help with my Spiritual Growth as well which is the most important thing in my life. Growing in God. I THANK WHOVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WISER, I JUST LOVE IT !!!! PS….FROM ME, PASTOR AMANDA GRAY, AT CHURCH ON FIRE INTERNATIONAL. LEAD BY MY AMAZING APOSTLE DR. DAVID PHILEMON.
