I find myself using this app almost everyday. I originally bought the 3 month membership and recently upgraded to an entire year. The content is meaningful and applicable. There is a wide range of topics that range from personal development to advanced professional development. I do think there are upgrades to the app that would make it even more valuable. 1) better search functions- I want to be able to search by topic, name and part name of the program , instructor, or keywords. I find that often I search and nothing comes up even when I know that the program is there. Also I want it to give me results from programs, series, sounds, etc in one place. When I see something I want to comeback to I often don’t know what “section” it is in. Please make it easier. 2) downloads- as a professional who travels I want to be able to download content to the app to use on flights. This is some of my best downtime to do this work and I often can’t get to the content then because we can’t download.

The programs are okay but customer service, although cordial, are not helpful. I paid for an annual membership to access all the programs that I want, but the app kicked me out of a workout program on days 35 and is now forcing me to start the program over at day 1! So even when you pay $500 for an annual membership, you don’t really get to access the programs when you want. The only ‘solution’ customer service has offered so far is telling me to update the app, which I’ve done twice but it hasn’t fixed the issue with me getting access to day 36 of the workout program. And the app hangs up constantly whenever I try to open or move within a program. You get screens with gray pulsating boxes that seem to get hung up for a long time before you can get to the next screen. And any time you try to move around within the program, it does this over and over, so you lose a lot of time and you lose your momentum in the program/course. So I have a membership that I can only partially use and they don’t give refunds. If they don’t fix the issues, I”ll have to go through my credit card company to reverse the charges.

I heard about MindValley during the year and finally found the time to check out the site and spend some time understanding what they offer. I signed up for their all access pass as with the view that I would take some courses and see if I would benefit. I’m still green (new) to the Valley as it’s been less than a week since I joined. However, I’ve started two all access courses and have signed up for the additional Life Book course. The information I’ve received so far is truly mind blowing. The information is delivered via an impressive and easy to use platform, and the content is easy to digest. I’ve yet to fully explore the connectivity tools, but I’m looking forward to the experience and am already sure the quality of the connections will highly reflect the quality of the course. This is truly an investment in yourself with a ripple effect bigger than you could possibly imagine. Just do it!
