Idk if I should use this app because first you could have been honest to a payment instead of hiding behind a computer bad business and I Won’t be using it because what else are they hiding are theses even real mechanics or are they computer mechanics so this app I will pass and be truthful next time then people will use you but for now I won’t thanks being honest is best. Got on the call today, immediately got connected to Issac in order to ask about what could cause my fuel pump not priming. I have a strong background with Hondas and mechanic side of stuff, but was looking for a second opinion. He had no idea what I was talking about, giving me recommendations that I told him in the beginning of the car I have checked or replaced, So he was throwing anything out to stick and majority of them didn’t even make sense because he was so unfamiliar with the application. He was keep loooking everything stuff up online to read me online recommendations. I have already done my research myself, I paid to get an advice from somebody with experience! Very disappointed and will absolutely not give this app a second try!
