AddictingAudioDifficultLove itVery motivational and great voice guide so I don't have to look at my phone to know how much time is left. I also love the 'skip' feature between resting periods. You're able to skip to the next exercise if instead of taking a 30sec break between each set in order to get through your workouts faster as well as only take rests between the harder workouts that you would only have to if necessary. The countdown of how many exercises are left is also brilliant because it motivates you to keep going.

AdsLove itThis is the best ab app ever. The site is user friendly and offers several kinds of exercises. The workouts show how to do the exercises so you don't have to look them up. The calendar marks the workouts for you. You can also set alarms for reminders. Yes you have to watch an ad to download some of the exercises but the ads are short. It also does not ask for any personal information. I was able to sync my devices just by using my Google account.

AddictingBugsLove itI love this app, I can exercise whenever and wherever I want. The workouts are not very long (15-20 min.) and you can choose beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are 20-30 second breaks between each exercise but you are allowed to skip the break if you don't need that much time to get into the next position. I'm noticing some slimming at my midsection which is my problem area. I really love this app.
