This app is so glitchy! It's so hard to upload pictures. It won't log in to Google photos, even though I am logged on through my Google account and it won't connect to my Instagram to upload pics from there. I uninstalled and reinstalled already and have the same issues. I love the product--just made two calendars for Christmas but also had a lot of issues with uploading those photos. This site needs to make it easier to upload photos you'd like to use.

Lots of bait and switch....slooooww shipping. Overall shutterfly is good, but they lure you on with Free Shipping, but change pricing of the items you want. if you do manage to Wrangle all the "free" things with shipping, it takes weeks for you yo get your projects. Just be aware that you might get free shipping but they manipulate the price higher when you order.

I actually love shutterfly. Good quality prints for a good price. Sometimes, when putting together a photo order, if I press the back button or try to add more photos, I lose all the work I put into the order. That is annoying. I would like it if I could have my print orders be saved like a project, so I could work on it, set it down, come back to it, add to it, then add it to my cart when I am finished. Other than that, great app, great service. So much fun!
