Great game, besides the lack of customization. Ive been playing for MONTHS and am very highly ranked and dont have a single skin, or bubble, or avatar frame, etc. Please fix this. The game keeps you busy with MANY different mini games and aspects! Perfect amount of prizes and goods. It would be even better if you could edit and personalize your characters looks though.

Repetitive and lacking customer service. While I have played this for a year or so, all of the new events are just re-skinned old events. When you do run into issues with gameplay, support is designed to be difficult submit reports. Then you are likely to just get a form letter response without any actual investigation or resolution. It's an okay time waster, but within a month you will be falling way behind even with grinding, unless you are willing to spend a lot of money.
