As a blind user of this app, making a GoFundMe was extremely difficult to say the least. Not only was I kicked out repeatedly, but when I attempted to add additional photos and videos, it required that I use tools that someone who can see would use to edit and crop the photos and/ or videos before allowing me to post them and I couldn't even post them because of the accessibility issues with GoFundMe compatibility with TalkBack

Went to sign in. Email and password, no problems. Then they want to "confirm" by texting a code to a number I don't have access to. The process to change it is ABSURD. Playing email tag all day trying not to miss it after the last one was "expired" as soon as I opened it, after waiting hours to even receive it.

Had a lot of difficulty with this app especially when trying to transfer funds. I had 3 separate chat experiences and kept saying they would help, but a new person would respond several days later. The setup said I had to provide ID verification which I had done. Finally an individually helped successfully. Funds have been transferred, but I keep getting messages that I have to set up to withdraw funds. I have done that and there are no funds to transfer. Hope the messages will stop.
