Version 16.15
BugsFamilyNetworkSpendingUpdatesSuper glitchy. I can't fathom ANYONE doing genealogy on a cell phone. I have the all access family plan ($259) & only pull up the app when I'm sitting somewhere, bored. My tree is never caught up to my computer work; ever. The app freezes, won't load 'up arrows' when clicked on (nothing happens). I often check for an update, fully close out, & even force stop. To no avail. It's bad when I prefer to pull up a site on my phone vs the app.

CameraDeviceFeature RequestsSomething breaks when they add/fix something, ie gallery which stops working when trying to add photos. Cannot view all trees on the app. Only way to get into a tree on the app that you haven't opened in 30 or more recent trees, is to make it a recently edited tree by logging into the desktop site, opening the tree & making an edit. Bothersome when you just want to view a tree that isn't currently on the list of 20! Needs a tree search feature. Cannot view addresses on public records anymore.

Version 16.13.1
FamilyHate itLove itThe concept of be able to trace your family heritage and lost family members is amazing. However, the app and website needs major improvement. The navigation is not seamless. Also, the process to accept hints and merge trees other members is a great idea. But, the process is painstaking. One was change or difference in upper/lower letters throws the app and website for a loop. I have the World Explorer edition is I am not impressed at all. Ancestry library edition has better navigation.
